Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician looking for a company that truly values your expertise? Busby's has been serving the Augusta area since 1945, and we're looking for a Lead HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving complex problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping customers make informed decisions.

If you're a truck-ready technician with 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience, this is an opportunity to join one of the area's most respected companies with outstanding earning potential, excellent benefits, and real career growth.

What You'll Earn

  • $10,000 Signing Bonus for qualified, experienced technicians
  • Base Salary: $40,000-$60,000 (based on experience)
  • Total Compensation: $65,000-$100,000+ with performance bonuses, spiffs, and incentives
  • Company-wide bonus program
  • Flexible work schedule

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform advanced system testing and inspections
  • Present repair options and recommendations to customers
  • Complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and efficiency
  • Document work, prepare invoices, and collect on-site payments
  • Work safely within electrical and mechanical code requirements
  • Troubleshoot low- and high-voltage systems
  • Apply HVAC sizing and design principles in the field
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
