4.参与学科教研活动，与中外教团队协作，开发教学资源、评估工具，持续优化教学方法与课程内容。

5.定期与学生、家长沟通学习进展，提供个性化学习建议，配合班主任做好家校共育工作。

We are currently recruiting a junior high school Chinese teacher for a school in Weifang. The expected start date is August 2026. Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the regular teaching of Chinese in junior high school. Based on the IB MYP curriculum concept and national curriculum standards, design and implement teaching plans to enhance students' core literacy in Chinese.

2. Undertake the teaching of national culture-specific courses, develop and implement the school's own national culture courses, such as classical recitation, traditional culture appreciation, etc., to inherit and carry forward excellent traditional Chinese culture.

3. Organize campus activities related to Chinese and national culture, such as classical recitation competitions, poetry creation, traditional culture festivals, etc., to create a rich and humanistic learning atmosphere.

4. Participate in subject teaching research activities, collaborate with the foreign and domestic teaching staff, develop teaching resources and assessment tools, and continuously optimize teaching methods and course content.

5. Regularly communicate with students and parents about learning progress, provide personalized learning suggestions, and cooperate with the head teacher to carry out home-school co-education work.

Requirements

1.学历与专业：中文或相关专业本科及以上学历，持有高中语文教师资格证。

2.教学经验：有初中语文教学经验者优先，有 IB MYP 教学经验或国学课程教学经验者优先。

3.专业素养：具备扎实的汉语言文学功底和传统文化素养，熟悉国学经典，能将传统文化与现代教学有效融合。

4.能力素养：具备良好的课堂管理能力和沟通表达能力，善于调动学生学习积极性，认同国际教育理念。

5.其他：热爱教育事业，责任心强，有耐心和爱心，能适应国际学校的工作节奏

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese or related fields, with a high school Chinese teaching qualification certificate.

2. Teaching Experience: Candidates with experience in teaching Chinese in junior high school are preferred. Those with experience in IB MYP teaching or teaching traditional Chinese culture courses are also preferred.

3. Professional Qualifications: Possess solid skills in Chinese language and literature and traditional culture. Be familiar with traditional Chinese classics and be able to effectively integrate traditional culture into modern teaching.

4. Competency Qualifications: Have good classroom management skills and communication and expression abilities. Be good at motivating students' learning enthusiasm and be in favor of international education concepts.

5. Other: Love the education field, have strong responsibility, be patient and caring, and be able to adapt to the work pace of international schools.
