Moma Ceramiche è alla ricerca di giovani talenti da inserire in un innovativo percorso di apprendistato della durata di un anno, sviluppato in collaborazione con il Centro Ceramico e l'Istituto Volta.

Siamo alla ricerca di futuri professionisti che avranno l'opportunità di conoscere e approfondire l'intero ciclo produttivo del processo ceramico.

Il percorso prevede l'alternanza tra attività formative specialistiche e esperienza diretta in azienda (per un totale di 800 ore di formazione, divise fra aula e azienda), con il supporto costante di tutor esperti interni e docenti universitari del centro ceramico e dell'Istituto Superiore, che ti accompagneranno nella crescita professionale e nella costruzione del tuo percorso lavorativo nel mondo della ceramica.

Durante l'anno avrai l'opportunità di conoscere da vicino le principali aree operative e professionali dell'azienda, sviluppando competenze trasversali attraverso esperienze nei seguenti ambiti:

  • Addetto alla Scelta Ceramica
  • Addetto alle Presse
  • Addetto al Reparto Smalteria
  • Funzionario Commerciale
  • Grafico di Laboratorio Ceramico
  • Manutentore Elettromeccanico
  • Meccanico delle Linee di Scelta
