The posting

Per realtà strutturata e multinazionale sita in zona Montichiari (BS) e del settore metalmeccanico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Impiegata amministrazione e ufficio crediti che, a diretto riporto del CFO, avrà la responsabilità della gestione e del controllo del credito commerciale, con riferimento alla clientela italiana ed estera.

Responsabilità principali

  • Analizzare il profilo finanziario e l'affidabilità della clientela, contribuendo alla definizione dei relativi limiti di credito;
  • Monitorare costantemente esposizioni, affidamenti, scadenze e posizioni scadute;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle policy interne relative alla gestione del credito;
  • Gestire le attività di credit collection, dai solleciti fino alla definizione e al monitoraggio di eventuali piani di rientro;
  • Collaborare con le funzioni Commerciale e Legal nella gestione delle posizioni più problematiche e delle situazioni di contenzioso;
  • Elaborare report e analisi relativi a DSO, incassi, aging, scaduti ed esposizione creditizia;
  • Individuare eventuali criticità e proporre interventi correttivi finalizzati a migliorare i tempi di incasso;
  • Supportare la predisposizione delle previsioni di incasso e la pianificazione dei flussi finanziari;
  • Curare il monitoraggio delle posizioni creditorie e la relativa reportistica attraverso i sistemi ERP aziendali.

Requirements

Competenze e requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo, specialmente nella gestione del credito, di almeno 3/5 anni;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello almeno B2), per gestire il credito estero;
  • Capacità di leggere e analizzare bilanci e principali indicatori economico-finanziari dei clienti;
  • Conoscenza delle dinamiche del sistema bancario e dei principali strumenti di mitigazione del rischio, quali assicurazione del credito e factoring;
  • Familiarità con i principali strumenti e modalità di pagamento utilizzati nei rapporti commerciali internazionali;
  • Conoscenza delle operazioni in valuta;
  • Buona dimestichezza con ERP aziendali e strumenti di analisi, reporting ed elaborazione dati;
  • Laurea o diploma in materie giuridiche e/o economiche.
