Per azienda cliente sita nei pressi di Gottolengo, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Impiegato/a da inserire a rinforzo del Team Logistica.

L’azienda, che conta oltre 100 dipendenti ed è attiva da più di 50 anni, è leader nella pressofusione dell’alluminio per il settore automotive.

Ha attraversato negli ultimi anni una forte crescita, nonostante le oscillazioni del mercato di riferimento, riuscendo a mantenere un trend positivo e posizionandosi come importante player internazionale nel settore.

Il team nel quale ti inserirai è composto da: un responsabile, una figura impiegatizia dedicata prevalentemente alla gestione del conto lavoro, e quattro carrellisti.

Dopo un adeguato periodo di affiancamento iniziale, necessario per conoscere procedure e processi, ti occuperai di:

  • pianificazione dei flussi di materiale in entrata e in uscita;
  • interfaccia costante con il conto lavoro, per pianificare al meglio tempistiche di consegna e spedizioni;
  • coordinamento delle attività operative dei carrellisti, e pianificazione delle tratte giornalieri degli autisti;
  • elaborazione della documentazione di magazzino;
  • analisi delle scorte e dei livelli di stock, al fine di gestire in modo ottimale il riapprovvigionamento e le giacenze;
  • coordinamento attività di inventario;
  • pianificazione degli interventi di manutenzione (ordinaria e straordinaria) dei mezzi aziendali;
  • supporto nelle trattative con fornitori, relativamente all'acquisto di ricambistica, o per la negoziazione tempi/costi di consegna;
  • interfaccia frequente con le altre funzioni aziendali (produzione, ufficio tecnico, acquisti, commerciale, qualità), per garantire un corretto coordinamento delle attività logistiche.

Requirements

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in contesti manifatturieri e di stampo metalmeccanico;
  • approccio propositivo e capacità organizzative e di pianificazione;
  • attitudine al coordinamento di risorse e attività operative;
  • buon utilizzo di strumenti informatici;
  • capacità di utilizzo del carrello elevatore, per supporto alle attività di magazzino in caso di necessità.

Orario di lavoro: su giornata, 8-12 e 13:30-17:30.

Benefits

Inserimento diretto in azienda, con inquadramento economico commisurato all'esperienza pregressa (range di riferimento: 27-32.000 € di RAL).

E' previsto contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, finalizzato alla conferma a tempo indeterminato.
