Attività principali

➢ Gestione della contabilità generale, del ciclo attivo e passivo; ➢ Gestione della fatturazione attiva secondo criteri di avanzamento lavori e milestone contrattuali; ➢ Registrazioni di prima nota; ➢ Gestione delle riconciliazioni bancarie e delle operazioni di tesoreria; ➢ Supporto agli adempimenti fiscali periodici (IVA, F24); ➢ Predisposizione delle situazioni contabili mensili e trimestrali a supporto della capogruppo; ➢ Archiviazione e gestione della documentazione amministrativa; ➢ Verifica della documentazione necessaria alla fatturazione e degli avanzamenti delle commesse, in coordinamento con le funzioni tecniche e commerciali; ➢ Gestione e monitoraggio dello scadenzario clienti e fornitori e supporto al controllo degli incassi; ➢ Verifica della corretta imputazione di costi e ricavi alle relative commesse; ➢ Interfaccia con clienti, fornitori e cantieri per gli aspetti amministrativi legati alle commesse;

Requisiti richiesti

➢ Diploma di Ragioneria e/o Laurea in discipline economiche; ➢ Esperienza di 3-5 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate; ➢ Indispensabile autonomia nella contabilità generale e degli adempimenti amministrativi e fiscali; ➢ Esperienza nella gestione della fatturazione attiva legata a contabilità di commesse [PLUS]; ➢ Conoscenza dei principali gestionali contabili e del pacchetto Office; ➢ Precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzative; ➢ Esperienza nella gestione amministrativa di commesse e nella fatturazione per SAL, milestone e stati di avanzamento lavori; ➢ Costituirà titolo preferenziale l'esperienza maturata in aziende operanti su commessa, preferibilmente nei settori nautico, cantieristico, industriale o metalmeccanico; ➢ Capacità di interfacciarsi con le diverse funzioni aziendali e di lavorare in autonomia nella gestione delle attività di propria competenza.
