Impiegato/a Amministrativo Contabile

La risorsa, inserita all’interno dell’area Amministrazione e riportando al Responsabile Amministrazione Italia, si occuperà della gestione delle attività amministrative e contabili assegnate, con particolare focus sulla contabilità fornitori e sulla contabilità generale.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione della contabilità fornitori
  • Supporto alle attività di contabilità generale
  • Registrazione e controllo delle fatture passive
  • Gestione delle operazioni di acquisto nazionali, intra-UE ed extra-UE
  • Supporto agli adempimenti amministrativi e fiscali collegati al ciclo passivo
  • Verifica della corretta applicazione delle procedure amministrative e contabili

Requirements

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata in contesti multinazionali e strutturati
  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini
  • Gradito diploma di Ragioneria
  • Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale e analitica
  • Conoscenza della normativa fiscale relativa al ciclo passivo e alle operazioni nazionali, intra-UE ed extra-UE
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Gradita conoscenza del gestionale SAP
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
