IMPIEGATO / COORDINATORE UFFICIO MONTAGGI DI CANTIERI

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Montaggi e Gestione Cantieri, composto attualmente da un team affiatato e dinamico di 4 persone. Il reparto si occupa dell'organizzazione, della pianificazione logistica e dell'avanzamento dei cantieri/allestimenti per le commesse nazionali ed internazionali dell'azienda.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

Il ruolo richiede forte capacità organizzativa, visione pratica di cantiere e massima rapidità nella gestione delle variabili operative e degli imprevisti "last minute".

Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Organizzazione della Logistica di Cantiere: Gestione e prenotazione dei noleggi tecnici per le installazioni (piattaforme aeree, furgoni, mezzi d'opera) e pianificazione dei trasporti dei materiali.
  • Coordinamento Squadre e Maestranze: Incarico e gestione operativa delle squadre di montatori, posatori e professionisti specializzati esterni (es. decoratori, artigiani, elettricisti).
  • Gestione degli Imprevisti e Re-Scheduling: Gestione tempestiva dei cambi di programma dovuti a ritardi di produzione o riprogrammazione delle date d'ingresso in cantiere, riorganizzando in tempo reale tutte le risorse coinvolte.
  • Interfacciamento Interfunzionale: Raccordo continuo con la Pianificazione della Produzione e con i Commerciali del General Contractor per allineare le priorità di consegna e montaggio.
  • Coordinamento Tecnico-Operativo: Supporto alla risoluzione delle problematiche pratiche e tecniche sul campo durante la fase di montaggio e allestimento.

Requirements

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza matura all'interno di uffici logistica di cantiere, gestione montaggi, allestimenti, general contractor, arredo su misura o settori affini.
  • Competenze Tecnico-Logistiche: Conoscenza delle dinamiche operative di cantiere, gestione dei noleggi di mezzi speciali (piattaforme, furgoni) e coordinamento di squadre terze.
  • Soft Skills Fondamentali: Elevata flessibilità mentale, velocità decisionale, spiccatissimo problem solving e resistenza allo stress per la gestione dei cambi di programma in itinere.
  • Organizzazione e Relazione: Eccellenti capacità comunicative per coordinare fornitori, montatori e dialogare con i Project Manager aziendali.

  • Inquadramento: Inserimento diretto con contratto a Tempo Indeterminato all'interno di un contesto solido, stimolante e in costante espansione.
  • Orario di lavoro: Full-time in Giornata (dal lunedì al venerdì). Richiesta flessibilità per straordinari qualora richiesti e reperibilità telefonica il sabato e la domenica qualora fosse necessario.
  • Trattamento Economico: RAL compresa tra € 30.000 e € 50.000, commisurata all'effettiva esperienza, autonomia e livello del candidato.
