Η ICAP Employment Solutions, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίο όμιλο παροχής δραστηριοποιείται στον κλάδο ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος και φυσικού αερίου, αναζητά Στέλεχος Call Agent, που θα απασχοληθεί στα κεντρικά γραφεία της στη Θεσσαλονίκη!

Αρμοδιότητες :

Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα εστιάσει στην προώθηση και επιτυχημένη πώληση υπηρεσιών παροχής ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος με αξιοπιστία και κύρος.

Στόχος των Inbound/Outbook Calls:

  • Δημιουργία ενδιαφέροντος για ένα προϊόν ή μια υπηρεσία
  • Eπέκταση του τμήματος τηλεφωνικών πωλήσεων
  • Eπίτευξη συμφωνίας με τον πελάτη
  • Διεξαγωγή έρευνας αγοράς

Requirements

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (ιδανικά στον τομέα της ενέργειας ή στην κινητή/σταθερή) θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ
  • Άνεση και ευγένεια στην επικοινωνία.
  • Οργάνωση, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου
  • Αυτοπεποίθηση και επαγγελματισμός
  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και προσανατολισμό στην επίτευξη στόχων
