Cosa farai

  • Mantenere il sistema Skypod® e la flotta di robot nelle migliori condizioni operative.
  • Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi meccanici, elettrici e software.
  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva presso i siti dei clienti.
  • Collaborare con team interfunzionali per risolvere sfide complesse.
  • Migliorare l’affidabilità del sistema e le prestazioni per il cliente.
  • Supportare la formazione dei clienti e offrire un’esperienza di servizio eccellente.

Cosa aspettarti

  • Retribuzione annua lorda competitiva + indennità di turno + aumento salariale aggiuntivo (%) in base all’orario di lavoro applicabile, in linea con il contratto collettivo + ExoBonus annuale.
  • Buoni pasto, ROL e TFR.
  • Schema turni: 3 turni dal lunedì al venerdì, con rotazione settimanale e lavoro nel weekend.
  • Orari di lavoro: turno mattutino 06:00-14:00, turno pomeridiano 14:00-22:00, turno notturno 22:00-06:00.
  • Trasferte previste: tra i siti.

Requirements

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella manutenzione industriale, con competenze nella risoluzione di problemi meccanici ed elettrici.
  • Conoscenza pratica della manutenzione preventiva e correttiva su sistemi di trasporto, cuscinetti, cinghie, catene, rulli, motori, azionamenti, sensori e attuatori.
  • Capacità di leggere schemi elettrici, monitorare le prestazioni del sistema e gestire attività di base di troubleshooting software.
  • Approccio calmo e affidabile alla risoluzione dei problemi, con capacità di diagnosticare rapidamente i guasti, identificarne le cause principali e prendere decisioni sotto pressione.
  • Persona curiosa, orientata al cliente e al lavoro di squadra, con comunicazione chiara.
  • La padronanza fluente dell'inglese e dell'italiano è un requisito fondamentale.
