un/una Industrial Operations Manager che assuma la responsabilità della gestione produttiva di un plant altamente automatizzato.

La figura avrà la responsabilità di coordinare l'intera organizzazione produttiva dello stabilimento, guidando un team composto da circa 200 risorse e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di efficienza, produttività, qualità e livello di servizio al cliente.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestire e coordinare le attività operative dell'intero plant produttivo.
  • Supervisionare Responsabili di Produzione, Responsabili di Reparto e Capi Turno.
  • Garantire il corretto bilanciamento tra produzioni Make To Order e Make To Stock, ottimizzando tempi, costi e livello di servizio.
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi produttivi attraverso il monitoraggio costante dei KPI industriali.
  • Analizzare e migliorare i processi produttivi orientandoli ai principi del Continuous Improvement.
  • Presidiare le performance in termini di sicurezza, qualità, efficienza e produttività.
  • Interfacciarsi quotidianamente con le funzioni Qualità, Manutenzione, Logistica e Supply Chain.
  • Governare impianti e linee automatizzate dedicate alla lavorazione del pannello, garantendone la massima efficienza.
  • Promuovere progetti di miglioramento organizzativo, tecnico e gestionale all'interno dello stabilimento.
  • Supportare la Direzione Industriale nelle scelte strategiche relative a capacità produttiva, investimenti e sviluppo del plant.

Requirements

  • Preferibile laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o discipline affini.
  • Consolidata esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità produttiva all'interno di contesti industriali strutturati.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di trasformazione del pannello e delle relative logiche produttive.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di impianti automatizzati quali:
  • sezionatrici;
  • squadrabordatrici;
  • scorniciatrici;
  • linee automatiche di movimentazione e lavorazione.
  • Solida conoscenza delle metodologie Lean Manufacturing e Continuous Improvement.
  • Capacità di analizzare dati produttivi e definire azioni correttive attraverso KPI e indicatori di performance.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team numerosi e organizzazioni complesse.
