Industrial Process Engineer

La posizione:

Il/la candidato/a sarà inserito/a nell’ufficio tecnico, che si occupa della progettazione di soluzioni personalizzate per i clienti, supportando lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti dalle fasi iniziali fino alla produzione industriale, nel rispetto di requisiti tecnici, tempistiche e costi concordati.

All’interno del team Automazione e Processi, la risorsa contribuirà allo sviluppo, all’ottimizzazione e alla messa in servizio di sistemi di automazione industriale, con un forte focus sulla progettazione di attrezzature e soluzioni su misura.

Responsabilità principali:

• Progettare attrezzature e soluzioni per automazione industriale, sviluppando disegni tecnici 2D e 3D e relativa messa in tavola.

• Seguire l’intero ciclo di realizzazione delle soluzioni, sia internamente sia in collaborazione con officine esterne.

• Monitorare tempi, costi e avanzamento dei progetti fino alla messa in funzione sugli impianti produttivi.

• Collaborare con i reparti di produzione, manutenzione e ingegneria per garantire il corretto funzionamento e l’efficienza degli impianti.

• Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi attraverso soluzioni di automazione.

• Individuare eventuali criticità proponendo correzioni e miglioramenti in stretto coordinamento con i team aziendali.

• Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti dal cliente e delle normative di sicurezza.

• Interfacciarsi con fornitori e partner esterni per lo sviluppo e l’implementazione delle soluzioni.

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Ingegneria (Automazione, Meccanica, Elettronica, Meccatronica o affini).

• Esperienza di 3–5 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti industriali (preferibilmente cosmetico, farmaceutico o alimentare).

• Buona conoscenza di progettazione meccanica e automazione industriale, in particolare di AutoCAD, Solidworks ed Inventor.

• Capacità di lettura e sviluppo di disegni tecnici.
