Ali Professional, ricerca per conto di un prestigioso Polo Produttivo appartenente a una delle più iconiche Maison di Lusso internazionali, una figura di Industrialization Manager, con un focus sulla linea Uomo (con prospettiva di estensione alla linea Uomo/Donna) Ready To Wear.

La risorsa si inserirà come figura chiave all'interno dell'hub produttivo e opererà come trait d'union strategico e operativo tra il sito produttivo italiano, i partner/fornitori del territorio e i team di Sviluppo Prodotto e Stile basati all'estero.

Le Mansioni Principali:

  • Guida Strategica e Visione di Business: Definire la strategia di industrializzazione per la divisione RTW Uomo, monitorando KPI di prestazione, efficienza dei processi e tempistiche di go-to-market, garantendo il perfetto equilibrio tra fattibilità tecnica e obiettivi commerciali.
  • Gestione e Ricostruzione del Team: Gestire, motivare e sviluppare un team in crescita, favorendo un clima collaborativo, supportando la crescita professionale interna e guidando la riorganizzazione della squadra.
  • Coordinamento Inter-Company: Agire da tramite principale tra il polo produttivo e l'HQ francese (Stile e Sviluppo Prodotto). Collaborare a stretto contatto con la Direttrice Industriale per garantire l'allineamento sulle priorità di collezione.
  • Gestione Stakeholder e Fornitori: Supervisionare la rete di partner e laboratori produttivi italiani, negoziando soluzioni tecniche, assicurando gli standard qualitativi della Maison e garantendo la fluidità della catena di fornitura.
  • Governance e Problem Solving di Processo: Intervenire con autorevolezza sulle criticità tecniche di avanzamento e sblocco collezioni, supervisionando la documentazione tecnica, le distinte basi (PLM) e la conformità di serie.

Requisiti e Competenze:

  • Esperienza: Solido background tecnico maturato nell'industrializzazione prodotto, unito a una consolidata esperienza nella gestione di team e processi complessi (profilo orientato al business).
  • Leadership e Soft Skills: Spiccata empatia, capacità di ascolto e attitudine alla gestione di team dinamici. Eccellenti doti negoziali, vision strategica e capacità di mediazione tra contesti culturali e operativi differenti.
  • Lingue: Fluente conoscenza della lingua Italiana e della lingua Inglese (indispensabili). La conoscenza fluente della lingua Francese costituisce un requisito altamente preferenziale.
  • Presenza e Mobilità: Disponibilità a frequentare la sede di Buscate (indicativamente 2 giorni a settimana) e ad affrontare trasferte presso la sede di Parigi e la rete di fornitori/laboratori.

Si offrono:

  • Inquadramento: Inserimento diretto all'interno di un gruppo del lusso leader a livello mondiale, con concreta prospettiva di crescita verso la guida coordinata delle divisioni Uomo e Donna.
  • Retribuzione e Benefit: RAL indicativa 80.000€ - 90.000€ (in base all'esperienza) + MBO a obiettivi + Patto di non concorrenza + Auto aziendale (uso lavorativo/servizio) + Buoni pasto, scontistiche interne, orario flessibile & assicurazione sanitaria.
  • Sede di lavoro principale: Buscate (Provincia di Milano).
