  • Inukjuak : - Soins à domicile du 19 octobre à 13 novembre 2026.

- Pédopsychiatrie du 27 juillet à 11 septembre 2026.

  • Salluit : Santé mentale adulte du 14 octobre à 9 novembre 2026.
  • Puvirnituq : Santé mentale adulte du 2 novembre au 2 décembre ou 30 novembre au 29 décembre 2026.

À propos du mandat

Services SFT recrute un(e) agent(e) de relations humaines pour une mission au sein du CRSSS de la Baie-James, au Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

La ressource interviendra auprès d’une clientèle adulte dans différents programmes, notamment en accueil psychosocial, santé mentale et services sociaux généraux.

Conditions de travail

  • Horaire : temps plein, 35h/semaine
  • Horaire : lundi au vendredi de 9H à 17H.
  • Quart de travail : Jour .
  • Quart/Quinzaine : 10.
  • Garde : non

Rémunération et avantages

  • 💰 Taux horaire : 102 $/heure
  • 🍽️ Per diem : 50 $ / jour travaillé
  • ✈️ Transport et logement pris en charge (selon conditions)
  • 🤝 Accompagnement administratif et logistique complet

Intégration

  • 📘 Orientation prévue : 1 journée

Exigences

  • Bilinguisme, sous peine de pénalité tel que prévu au contrat, si une ressource est affectée au nord.
  • Permis de conduire est obligatoire pour toutes les affectations.
  • La période de disponibilité est fixe et ne peut être modifiée.
  • Atout: Formation OMEGA, maîtrise de SIC+, Cortex, Teams et Excel (au le besoin SAD).
  • Expérience minimale d'un an en SAD indiquée dans le CV ( au le besoin SAD).
  • Si n'a pas d'expérience préalable en SAD, une orientation de 3 à 4 jours sera requise avant le début du mandat ( au besoin SAD).
  • Expérience avec personnes âgées, en soins palliatifs , expérience nordique ou au Nunavik ( au le besoin SAD).
  • Expérience en santé mentale adulte, évaluation de l’état mental, du risque suicidaire, indiquée dans le CV ( au besoin santé mentale).
  • Aisance en médico-légal ( au besoin santé mentale).
  • Atout: Formation OMEGA, expérience avec troubles psychotiques, expérience à Pinel ou Douglas. Maîtrise de SIC+, Cortex, Teams et Excel au besoin santé mentale).
