Description du poste

Services SFT recherche de toute urgence un(e) Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) assistant(e) supérieur(e) immédiat(e) (ASI) pour combler une assignation temporaire à temps complet à l'Hôpital de Baie-Comeau (Territoire de la Manicouagan, Côte-Nord).

Ce mandat de gestion de proximité et de coordination clinique s'adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) chevronné(e), capable d'entrer en poste immédiatement pour soutenir les équipes d'hospitalisation de l'établissement.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période : Dès que possible au 18 octobre 2026 (Entrée en poste immédiate)
  • Statut : Temps complet
  • Horaire : Rotation requise sur les quarts de Jour / Soir / Nuit
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin, selon les nécessités du service
  • Orientation : Bloc complet de 6 jours d'orientation prévu et pris en charge en début de mandat

Responsabilités

En tant qu'ASI au département d'hospitalisation, vos fonctions combineront l'encadrement clinique et la gestion de l'unité :

  • Assurer la coordination des activités de soins, la répartition de la charge de travail et la gestion des lits sur vos quarts.
  • Agir comme leader clinique, personne-ressource et mentor auprès de l'équipe de soins infirmiers (infirmières, infirmières auxiliaires, PAB).
  • Superviser et valider la qualité des soins dispensés, en accordant une attention rigoureuse aux protocoles de suivi post-opératoire.
  • Gérer les imprévus, les remplacements de personnel de dernière minute et veiller à la sécurité continue des usagers.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire et la direction pour optimiser les trajectoires de soins.

Exigences

Pour que votre dossier de candidature soit soumis en priorité au CISSS, vous devez nous fournir les documents démontrant les critères obligatoires suivants :

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ (permis d'exercice valide).
  • Scolarité : Détenir un baccalauréat en sciences infirmières (titre de clinicien(ne)).
  • Expertise clinique : Posséder obligatoirement une solide expérience en soins post-opératoires.
  • Leadership : Une expérience préalable comme ASI ou chef d'équipe en milieu hospitalier de soins aigus est un atout majeur.
