Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) pour un mandat temporaire à la clinique externe de Maria, en Gaspésie. La personne retenue interviendra auprès d’une clientèle jeunesse présentant des problématiques de pédopsychiatrie, dans un contexte ambulatoire, en collaboration avec une équipe interdisciplinaire.

Responsabilités principales

  • Évaluer l’état de santé physique et mentale des usagers
  • Assurer le suivi clinique en pédopsychiatrie en clinique externe
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à l’application des plans d’intervention et de soins
  • Administrer et ajuster les traitements selon les ordonnances et protocoles
  • Collaborer avec les médecins, intervenants psychosociaux et partenaires du milieu
  • Assurer la documentation clinique et les suivis requis

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières (obligatoire)
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ)
  • Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en pédopsychiatrie (obligatoire)
  • Expérience en clinique externe (atout)
  • Permis de conduire valide (obligatoire)
  • Autonomie, jugement clinique et excellentes habiletés relationnelles

Conditions de travail

  • Taux horaire : 55$/heure
  • Perdiem : 80$/jour travaillé
  • Kilométrage et hébergement : pris en charge
  • Milieu de travail collaboratif et axé sur la qualité des soins
