  • Quart de travail : Jour + Gardes actives

Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) de bloc opératoire hautement qualifié(e) pour une assignation à temps complet à l'Hôpital de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, situé dans la magnifique région de la Gaspésie.

Ce mandat diversifié exige une grande polyvalence clinique. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler au cœur de plusieurs volets : chirurgie d'un jour, salle de réveil, clientèle interne et externe, endoscopie, césarienne, gynécologie, chirurgie générale, ORL et enseignement.

Horaire et Quarts de travail

  • Horaire régulier : Quart de JOUR, à temps complet.
  • Disponibilité pour les gardes : Vous devez obligatoirement assurer la garde de soir, de nuit, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés (le rythme est d'environ une semaine de garde sur deux).

Exigences:

⚠️ Aucun profil ne sera considéré s'il ne répond pas à l'ensemble des critères suivants :

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l'OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Un minimum de 1 an d'expérience récente et confirmée dans un bloc opératoire.
  • Polyvalence technique : Maîtrise des soins liés au bloc, à la salle de réveil et à l'endoscopie.
  • Mobilité : Capacité à répondre rapidement aux appels de garde (soir, nuit, week-end).
