Description :

Services SFT est actuellement à la recherche d’infirmier(ère)s de dispensaire qualifié(e)s et hautement autonomes pour combler deux mandats d'envergure dans le Grand Nord québécois (territoires de Kuujjuuaarapik, Akulivik et Salluit).

Veuillez noter que les villages sont mentionnés à titre informatif et peuvent être modifiés selon les besoins opérationnels sur place.

Mandats disponibles :

  • Kuujjuuaarapik: Du 18 septembre 2026 au 22 octobre 2026
  • Akulivik: Du 03 septembre au 02 novembre 2026 | Quarts : Jour-Soir-Nuit
  • Salluit : Du 01 au 24 septembre 2026 2026 | Quarts : Jour-Soir-Nuit

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer l'évaluation et le suivi des travailleurs sur le site
  • Intervenir lors de situations d'urgence ou de problématiques de santé
  • Administrer les soins infirmiers requis selon les protocoles en vigueur
  • Effectuer la tenue des dossiers et la documentation clinique
  • Collaborer avec les ressources médicales externes via la télémédecine
  • Veiller à la promotion de la santé et à la prévention des risques

Exigences

  • Permis OIIQ : Membre en règle de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec.
  • Formation de dispensaire : Rôle élargi / Pratique autonome en région éloignée complétée.
  • Bilinguisme avancé obligatoire : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (critère éliminatoire en raison de la clientèle locale).
  • Disponibilité : Engagement ferme à couvrir l'entièreté de la durée du mandat choisi.
