Description du poste

Services SFT recherche activement un(e) infirmier(ère) en dispensaire pour combler un mandat clinique d'urgence au sein du dispensaire de Longue-Pointe-de-Mingan. Il s'agit d'une opportunité unique de pratiquer en région éloignée, où votre autonomie et vos compétences cliniques feront une réelle différence auprès de la communauté.

  • Période d'affectation : Du 17 septembre 2026 au 18 octobre 2026 (Fin prévue sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement
  • Fins de semaine : Aucune (congé)
  • Garde active (On-Call) : Disponibilité requise pour assurer les périodes de garde de l'installation.
  • Orientation : 1 jour d'orientation complet est prévu et pris en charge par l'agence.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer l'évaluation clinique avancée et la prise en charge des patients se présentant au dispensaire.
  • Prodiguer des soins infirmiers et d'urgence de première ligne selon les protocoles cliniques en vigueur.
  • Assurer la garde active pour répondre aux urgences en dehors des heures régulières d'ouverture.
  • Note de mobilité : Conformément au devis établi avec l'établissement, la ressource pourrait être appelée à se déplacer au sein du réseau régional selon les besoins opérationnels.

Exigences requises

  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec).
  • Véhicule personnel obligatoire pour les déplacements professionnels liés au mandat.
  • Profil clinique (Détenir au moins UN des critères suivants) :
  • Formation officielle et accréditée en Rôle Élargi.
  • OU Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience récente en Soins Critiques (Urgence / Soins Intensifs).
  • OU Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience significative en Soins à domicile (SAD).
