Services SFT est à la recherche d’une ressource pour le besoin suivant : Titre : Infirmier(ère) – Médecine / Chirurgie Établissement : CISSS de la Gaspésie – CH Maria

Période du contrat Début : 2026-06-16 Fin : 2026-08-31

Horaire Quart de travail : Nuit Temps plein : 37.5 h / semaine

Rôle L’infirmier(ère) en médecine-chirurgie assure la prise en charge globale des patients hospitalisés sur une unité de médecine, en assurant la continuité, la qualité et la sécurité des soins infirmiers durant les quarts de nuit.

Tâches principales

  • Évaluer l’état de santé des patients hospitalisés
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique et détecter toute détérioration
  • Administrer les soins infirmiers et traitements prescrits
  • Gérer la médication selon les protocoles en vigueur
  • Intervenir en situation d’urgence sur l’unité
  • Assurer les soins de base sur une unité de 26 lits
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire
  • Documenter les observations et assurer les notes au dossier patient
  • Maintenir un environnement sécuritaire pour les patients

Exigences

  • Minimum 1 an d’expérience en médecine en centre hospitalier
  • Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ
  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers
  • Plumitif
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Certification RCR à jour
  • Curriculum Vitae

Notes importantes

  • Tout congé de plus de 4 jours nécessite un remplacement pour la durée complète du congé
  • Durant un congé, la ressource doit libérer l’hébergement ou assumer les frais associés
