Mandat exclusif en région nordique – Départ imminent !

Services SFT est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) infirmier(ère) en rôle élargi pour un mandat unique au sein d'un camp de géologie situé au Nunavik / Baie-James.

Vous recherchez un environnement de travail calme, une grande autonomie professionnelle et une expérience hors du commun en région éloignée? Cette opportunité est pour vous.

Conditions du mandat

  • Période : du 25 juin jusqu'au début septembre
  • Salaire : 3 400 $ par semaine
  • Hébergement entièrement fourni
  • Repas inclus
  • Support de télémédecine disponible 24 h/24
  • Équipe d'environ 15 travailleurs sur le site
  • Environnement de travail sécuritaire et agréable

Description du poste

L'infirmier(ère) assure principalement une présence clinique sur le camp et intervient au besoin lors de situations de santé ponctuelles.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer l'évaluation et le suivi des travailleurs sur le site
  • Intervenir lors de situations d'urgence ou de problématiques de santé
  • Administrer les soins infirmiers requis selon les protocoles en vigueur
  • Effectuer la tenue des dossiers et la documentation clinique
  • Collaborer avec les ressources médicales externes via la télémédecine
  • Veiller à la promotion de la santé et à la prévention des risques

Exigences

  • DEC ou BAC en soins infirmiers
  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
  • Expérience en rôle élargi, urgence, soins critiques ou régions éloignées (atout important)
  • Grande autonomie professionnelle
  • Excellente capacité d'adaptation et de prise de décision
  • Certification RCR à jour
