Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) pour un mandat au service de l’urgence du Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) en urgence hospitalière, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement à haut volume, avec un fort niveau d’autonomie clinique et de leadership.

Mission

  • Assurer la prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire des patients à l’urgence.
  • Effectuer le triage et prioriser les soins selon la gravité des cas.
  • Intervenir en salle de réanimation et en situation critique.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire dans un contexte d’urgence.
  • Assurer une surveillance clinique continue des patients.
  • Participer activement à la gestion des situations instables et complexes.
  • Documenter les soins selon les normes en vigueur.

Exigences

  • Détenir un diplôme en sciences infirmières.
  • Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Posséder plus de trois (3) ans d’expérience en milieu d’urgence, incluant la salle de réanimation.
  • Expérience minimale d’un (1) an en triage avec certification CTAS.
  • Avoir un cours d’arythmie complété.
  • Détenir une clé DSQ.
  • Formation ACLS et ATLS (atouts importants).
  • Connaissance des systèmes DCI-Cristal-Net, MedUrge et SIL-P.
  • Capacité à s’adapter rapidement à un environnement exigeant.
  • Aptitude à exercer un leadership clinique en salle de choc.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais fonctionnel.
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide.
  • Posséder un véhicule automobile fonctionnel.

Conditions de travail

  • Horaire : jour-soir.
  • Rotation 7 jours sur 7.
  • Quarts de 8 h ou 12 h selon les besoins.
  • Temps de repas : 45 minutes (8 h) ou 1 h (12 h).
  • Horaire atypique.
