Services SFT est activement à la recherche d'un(e) Infirmier(ère) d'expérience pour combler un mandat temporaire à temps complet au CISSS de la Gaspésie (Hôpital de Chandler).

Ce mandat combine les soins en médecine et en chirurgie, offrant un quotidien diversifié au sein d'un établissement chaleureux. C'est l'occasion idéale de prêter main-forte au réseau tout en découvrant une magnifique région côtière.

Responsabilités

En tant qu'infirmier(ère) attitré(e) au département de médecine et chirurgie, vos principales tâches incluront :

  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients hospitalisés et assurer une surveillance clinique rigoureuse.
  • Planifier, dispenser et coordonner les soins infirmiers pour les patients admis en médecine ou en suivi post-chirurgical.
  • Administrer les médications et les traitements prescrits selon les protocoles en vigueur.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe médicale pour assurer la continuité des soins et la préparation des congés.
  • Répondre efficacement aux situations d'urgence clinique sur l'unité.

Exigences

  • Détenir un minimum de 1 an d’expérience sur un département de Médecine dans un centre hospitalier.
  • Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ (permis d'exercice valide).
  • Urgences : Certification RCR à jour.
