Infirmier(ère) – Médecine et Chirurgie à Rimouski | Bas-Saint-Laurent

Description du poste

Services SFT recherche activement des Infirmier(ère)s d'expérience pour combler des besoins ponctuels et ciblés à l'Hôpital de Rimouski (CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent).

Sous la supervision de la gestionnaire Jessica Couture, vous prêterez main-forte aux départements de médecine et de chirurgie. Ce mandat requiert des compétences pointues et offre une excellente opportunité de se déplacer dans la belle région de Rimouski.

Détails des plages horaires demandées :

  • Dimanche 27 septembre : 8h00 à 16h15 (Quart de JOUR – Département Médecine 4C)
  • Lundi 28 septembre : 00h00 à 8h15 (Quart de NUIT – Département Chirurgie 5C)
  • Du 1er au 9 octobre inclus (9 jours consécutifs) : 16h00 à 00h15 (Quart de SOIR – Département Médecine 4C)

Note sur l'orientation : Prévoir un bloc de 2 quarts d'orientation obligatoire pour chaque département et/ou plage horaire (Secteurs : 2A, 4C, 5C, 3C).

Responsabilités

Au sein des unités de médecine (4C) et de chirurgie (5C), vos principales fonctions seront :

  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients hospitalisés et assurer une surveillance clinique rigoureuse.
  • Assurer la prise en charge clinique des cas complexes, notamment les suivis en cardiologie et en neurologie.
  • Planifier, dispenser et coordonner les soins infirmiers pour les patients en phase post-chirurgicale.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire et les médecins pour assurer la continuité des soins et la préparation sécuritaire des congés.

Exigences:

  • Expertise obligatoire : Détenir une expérience clinique solide et récente en cardiologie, neurologie et chirurgie.
  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ (permis d'exercice valide).
