Description du poste

Services SFT est activement à la recherche d'un(e) Infirmier(ère) dédié(e) pour combler un mandat temporaire à temps complet en Médecine et Soins de courte durée / Urgence au CISSS de la Gaspésie (Hôpital de Chandler).

Vous souhaitez combiner votre expertise clinique avec la découverte d'une magnifique région côtière ? Ce mandat clé offre une excellente opportunité de prêter main-forte à une équipe dynamique en milieu hospitalier.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période : Du 18 octobre au 18 janvier 2027
  • Statut : Temps complet (37.5 heures / semaine)
  • Horaire : Disponibilité requise sur les quarts de Jour / Soir / Nuit

Responsabilités

En tant qu'infirmier(ère) en médecine et soins de courte durée / urgence, vos principales tâches incluront :

  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients admis en médecine et assurer une surveillance clinique rigoureuse.
  • Planifier, dispenser et coordonner les soins infirmiers requis pour les patients en phase aiguë ou de courte durée.
  • Collaborer activement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire (médecins, pharmaciens, professionnels de la réadaptation) pour optimiser les plans de traitement.
  • Intervenir efficacement lors de situations d'urgence clinique selon les protocoles établis.
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers médicaux des patients et assurer une transmission fluide des informations lors des changements de quart.

Exigences

  • Expérience : Détenir un minimum de 1 an d’expérience récente sur un département de Médecine dans un centre hospitalier.
  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ (permis d'exercice valide).
