Description du mandat

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Infirmier(ère) pour un mandat dans le territoire de Minganie, principalement à l’installation Info Santé.

La personne retenue devra être disponible pour travailler selon les besoins du service, sur des quarts de jour, soir et nuit, avec une disponibilité de 1 fin de semaine sur 2.

Le mandat débutera le 5 octobre 2026 et prendra fin le 31 mars 2027, sans possibilité de prolongation.

Principales responsabilités

L’infirmier(ère) sera appelé(e) à :

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers requis selon les besoins du service.
  • Évaluer l’état de santé des usagers et assurer le suivi approprié.
  • Intervenir selon les protocoles et procédures en vigueur.
  • Collaborer avec les différents professionnels et membres de l’équipe de soins.
  • Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec l’équipe.
  • Documenter les interventions et les observations pertinentes au dossier.
  • Respecter les normes professionnelles, les procédures et les règles de confidentialité.
  • S’adapter aux besoins du milieu et aux différentes situations cliniques rencontrées.

Horaire et disponibilité

La personne doit être disponible pour travailler sur différents quarts :

  • Jour
  • Soir
  • Nuit
  • 1 fin de semaine sur 2

Une bonne flexibilité au niveau des horaires est donc requise.

Orientation

10 jours d’orientation sont requis.

Les frais liés aux journées d’orientation sont à la charge de l’agence.
