Nous recherchons des d'infirmiers/infirmières spécialisés en soins a domicile pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique à

Dans ce rôle de haute responsabilité, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des cas critiques et le soutien aux patients dans un environnement de soins intensifs.

Missions :

- Évaluer rapidement l'état des patients et prioriser les soins en fonction de la gravité de leurs conditions.

- Administrer des traitements médicaux et surveiller les patients en continu.

- Collaborer avec les médecins et autres professionnels de la santé pour développer des plans de soins adaptés.

- Assurer la documentation complète et précise des soins et des interventions réalisés.

- Participer à l'éducation et au soutien des familles de patients en situation critique.

Requis :

- Diplôme en soins infirmiers reconnu et inscription au OIIQ (Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières du Québec).

- Infirmière clinicienne : Détenir un diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (2 options possibles): baccalauréat en sciences infirmières ou baccalauréat comportant trois (3) certificats admissibles, dont au moins deux (2) certificats reconnus en soins infirmiers;

- Formation RCR d’un formateur reconnu au Québec, dont l’attestation confirme que la formation a été réalisée depuis moins de deux ans

- Formation sur l’échelle canadienne de triage et de gravité (ÉTG)

- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces.

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.

- Disponibilité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris les nuits, les week-ends et les jours fériés.

- Maîtrise de la langue française, la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.

- Expérience récente et pertinente aux deux secteurs

- Bonne connaissance de l’anglais parce que la population est majoritairement anglophone
