Infirmier(ère) – Urgence | Matane – Bas-Saint-Laurent

Services SFT recherche des infirmiers et infirmières passionné(e)s pour intégrer notre équipe dynamique à l’urgence de Matane dans la région du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Nous avons besoin de professionnels qualifiés pour des assignations de soir et nuit.

Vos responsabilités

En tant qu’infirmier(ère) d'urgence , vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Fournir des soins de qualité aux patients au service d’urgence.
  • Évaluer rapidement l’état de santé des patients et mettre en œuvre les interventions appropriées.
  • Assurer le suivi des patients avant et après les interventions .
  • Administrer les traitements et surveiller l’évolution de l’état des patients.
  • Participer à l’éducation des patients et de leur famille concernant les soins et le suivi médical.

Exigences

  • Particularités concernant l'expertise / formation particulières: Expertise à l'urgence et triage.
  • Temps d'orientation (si applicable) : Prévoir un quart en orientation avant le début de l'affectation.
  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers reconnu.
  • Inscription à l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience à l’urgence.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression, de façon autonome et en équipe.
  • Disponibilité pour des horaires flexibles, incluant la nuit.
  • Maîtrise du français essentielle.

Période et horaire d'affectation :

  • 2 x infirmière du 26 août au 1 septembre de nuit 23h45 à 8h
  • 2x infirmière du 11 au 14 septembre de nuit 23h45 à 8h

Avantages

  • 52 $/heure
  • Per diem : 80 $ par jour travaillé
