INGENIERO DE SOPORTE EN SITIO | Nuevo León

Empresa mexicana especializada en Tecnologías de la Información busca Ingeniero de Soporte en Sitio para integrarse al área de Infraestructura y Operaciones TI, brindando soporte técnico presencial y asegurando la continuidad operativa de los servicios tecnológicos dentro de un entorno industrial de alta demanda.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Brindar asistencia y soporte técnico especializado para garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica, redes, telecomunicaciones y equipos de usuario final, asegurando la continuidad operativa de los servicios TI mediante una atención eficiente, oportuna y alineada a los estándares y SLA establecidos por el cliente.

UBICACIÓN

  • Oficina del cliente: Boulevard Nexxus, CIENEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEON 65580
  • Modalidad presencial.

HORARIOS

  • Primer turno: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Segundo turno: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Posibilidad de tercer turno: 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Brindar soporte técnico presencial a usuarios finales.
  • Atender incidentes y requerimientos relacionados con hardware, software, redes y telecomunicaciones.
  • Configurar y dar mantenimiento a PCs, laptops, impresoras y equipos de videoconferencia.
  • Proporcionar soporte en herramientas Microsoft 365 como Teams, OneDrive y SharePoint.
  • Gestionar tickets e incidencias en ServiceNow.
  • Documentar actividades técnicas y análisis RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Coordinar garantías y seguimiento con proveedores externos.
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de activos TI.
  • Apoyar en configuración, mantenimiento y monitoreo de infraestructura de red.
  • Realizar inspecciones y validaciones de conectividad y funcionamiento de equipos.
  • Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Escalar incidentes críticos cuando sea necesario.
  • Cumplir con los SLA establecidos por el cliente.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Comunicaciones y Redes o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en:
  • Soporte en sitio.
  • Infraestructura y comunicaciones.
  • Redes y soporte a usuarios finales.
  • Inglés técnico B2:
  • Lectura 80%.
  • Escritura y conversación 50%.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos.

HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS

  • Administración y soporte en Windows 10 o superior.
  • Soporte y administración básica de Microsoft 365.
  • Active Directory.
  • Configuración y soporte de VPNs.
  • Gestión de tickets en ServiceNow.
  • Diagnóstico y solución de fallas en hardware y software.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de PCs y laptops.
  • Cableado estructurado.
  • Monitoreo y Administración de Servidores
  • Monitoreo y administración de maquinas virtuales
  • Diagnóstico de fallas en redes LAN/WAN/WLAN.
  • Configuración básica de switches y routers.
  • Soporte a equipos de videoconferencia y telefonía.
  • Gestión de inventario y control de activos TI.
  • Conocimientos en:
  • Cisco CCNA.
  • HP Aruba.
  • Juniper Networks.
  • Equipos industriales MOXA.
  • Linux/Unix.
  • Máquinas virtuales.
  • Deseable experiencia en:
  • Radioenlaces y enlaces satelitales.
  • Infraestructura de telecomunicaciones.
  • ITIL.
  • Seguridad y control de accesos.
