Votre rôle en tant qu'ingénieur stress - Tolérance aux dommages sera d'analyser la tolérance aux dommages des éléments structuraux principaux (PSE).

LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

· Effectuer des analyses de tolérance aux dommages sur des éléments structuraux principaux (PSE)

· Apporter des recommandations sur des concepts de designs et de réparation de structures d’aéronefs

· Développer des spectres de fatigue

· Effectuer des validations d’analyses de tolérance aux dommages avec des résultats expérimentaux

· Supporter le développement du manuel de maintenance en collaboration avec les groupes de publications techniques et d’ingénierie de maintenance.

· Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, assurer le respect de la méthodologie et des exigences techniques du programme

· Réviser des rapports et analyses de fournisseurs

· Préparer des rapports de certification

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯

· Conduct damage tolerance analyses on primary structural elements (PSE)

· Provide recommendations on aircraft structural design and repair concepts

· Develop fatigue spectra

· Validate damage tolerance analyses against experimental results

· Support the development of the maintenance manual in collaboration with the technical publications and maintenance engineering groups

· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with program methodology and technical requirements

· Review supplier reports and analyses

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

· Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique ou aéronautique

· Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en analyse de contraintes de structures aéronautiques métalliques, avec une spécialisation en fatigue et tolérance aux dommages (DTD)

· Maîtrise des logiciels NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, ainsi que de la suite MS Office et Google Workspace

· Une expérience sur un programme de développement ou en support en service d’un aéronef, incluant les activités de certification, constitue un atout

· Des connaissances en techniques d’inspection non destructives (NDT) sont considérées comme un atout

· Sens des responsabilités développé, intégrité et fort esprit d’équipe

· Excellentes compétences en communication

· Capacité à lire et à communiquer en français et en anglais

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in stress analysis of metal aircraft structures, with a specialization in fatigue and damage tolerance design (DTD)

· Proficiency in NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, as well as the MS Office suite and Google Workspace

· Experience in an aircraft development program or in-service support, including certification activities, is a plus

· Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is considered a plus

· Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and strong team spirit

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to read and communicate in French and English
