L’ingénieur systèmes avioniques intervient sur la conception, l’intégration et la validation des systèmes avioniques d’un aéronef. Il analyse les exigences, assure les interfaces entre les différents systèmes et veille au respect des contraintes de performance, de sécurité et de certification.

The Avionics Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, integration, and validation of an aircraft’s avionics systems. They analyze requirements, manage interfaces between different systems, and ensure compliance with performance, safety, and certification requirements.

LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Définir et gérer les exigences des systèmes avioniques pour assurer la sécurité, la certification et l’intégration à l’aéronef.
  • Coordonner les fournisseurs et disciplines impliquées afin de garantir une intégration harmonieuse des systèmes avioniques (communications, navigation, affichages, connectivité cabine, enregistrement et maintenance).
  • Participer aux essais, validations et certifications des systèmes selon les normes de l’industrie (ARP4754, DO-178, DO-160, DO-254).
  • Analyser et approuver les livrables et résultats d’essais des fournisseurs.
  • Soutenir l’assemblage final et les aéronefs en service pour la résolution de problèmes liés à la conception.
  • Contribuer au développement d’outils, processus et logiciels liés aux systèmes avioniques et à l’environnement IMA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

  • Define and manage avionics system requirements to ensure safety, certification, and aircraft integration.
  • Coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems (communications, navigation, displays, cabin connectivity, recording, and maintenance systems).
  • Support system testing, validation, and certification activities in accordance with industry standards (ARP4754, DO-178, DO-160, DO-254).
  • Review and approve supplier deliverables and test results.
  • Support final assembly and in-service aircraft for design-related issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and software related to avionics systems and the IMA environment.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie électrique, électronique, logiciel, aérospatial ou équivalent.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Possède une solide connaissance des systèmes avioniques.
  • Comprendre comment ces systèmes s’intègrent et interagissent avec l’ensemble de l’aéronef.
  • Avoir des connaissances et/ou une expérience avec les systèmes avioniques modulaires intégrés (IMA) (atout).
  • Avoir de l’expérience dans la spécification, la conception, l’intégration, les essais et la certification des systèmes avioniques sur les aéronefs.
  • Etre familier avec les normes de l’industrie telles que DO-178, DO-160, DO-254 et ARP4754 (atout).

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems.
  • Good understanding of how avionics systems integrate and interact with the overall aircraft.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) systems is an asset.
  • Experience in the specification, design, integration, testing, and certification of avionics systems on aircraft.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, and ARP4754 is an asset.
