The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité Après-Vente, notre client, acteur reconnu de la construction et du service naval, recherche un Ingénieur Garantie Navale.

Spécialisé dans la conception, la construction et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de navires professionnels à forte technicité, notre client intervient notamment sur des navires de service, de défense, de pêche, offshore et des unités spécialisées.

Votre mission

Rattaché au service Après-Vente, vous êtes responsable du suivi technique, financier et contractuel des dossiers de garantie des navires neufs livrés aux clients.

Vous intervenez notamment dans le cadre de la réciprocité de la garantie chantier avec les Marines belge et néerlandaise.

Véritable interlocuteur technique des armateurs pendant la période de garantie, vous assurez le traitement des problématiques rencontrées à bord et veillez à apporter des réponses adaptées, dans un objectif de satisfaction et de fidélisation des clients.

Vos responsabilités

Relation Client:

  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des armateurs pendant la période de garantie
  • Assurer un service après-vente de qualité et orienté satisfaction client
  • Comprendre les problématiques rencontrées par les équipages et proposer des réponses adaptées
  • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients et contribuer à leur fidélisation

Suivi Technique:

  • Analyser les dysfonctionnements et problématiques techniques rencontrés à bord
  • Identifier les causes et définir les solutions techniques appropriées
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes internes, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants
  • Assurer le suivi complet des dossiers de garantie, de l'identification du problème jusqu'à sa résolution
  • Intervenir sur des problématiques multi-techniques : mécanique, électricité, hydraulique, fluides et équipements embarqués

Suivi Financier et Contractuel :

  • Assurer le suivi des provisions et budgets de garantie
  • Piloter les coûts liés aux interventions et rechercher les solutions les plus pertinentes
  • Suivre les engagements contractuels et les éventuelles réclamations
  • Assurer le reporting des dossiers et leur clôture

Amélioration continue:

  • Capitaliser les retours d'expérience issus des dossiers de garantie
  • Identifier les problématiques récurrentes et proposer des actions correctives
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des produits, des équipements et des processus du groupe

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Nous recherchons avant tout un excellent technicien naval, disposant d'une bonne compréhension du fonctionnement global d'un navire.
  • Vous êtes idéalement ancien navigant de la Marine marchande, avec une expérience embarquée de 2nd mécanicien minimum, ou issu d'une formation et d'un parcours technique dans le secteur naval : ingénieur, officier mécanicien, superintendant, responsable technique naval ou expérience équivalente.
  • Vous disposez d'une solide connaissance des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et fluides ainsi que des équipements embarqués.
  • Une expérience en construction navale, réparation navale, SAV ou exploitation de navires est particulièrement appréciée.
  • Français courant - Anglais professionnel indispensable
