d2m Services, expert en recrutement de profils hautement qualifiés, recherche pour le compte de son client, acteur international majeur des infrastructures sous-marines et des télécommunications, un Ingénieur Offres Marine – Projets Offshore (F/H).

Spécialisé dans la conception, la fabrication, la maintenance et l’installation de câbles sous-marins à fibre optique, notre client s’appuie sur près de 2 000 collaborateurs et une présence internationale pour accompagner le développement et la sécurisation des infrastructures de télécommunications. Dans le cadre de la croissance de ses activités, nous recherchons un profil capable de contribuer à la préparation et au pilotage des offres Marine pour des projets offshore complexes.

Votre mission

Au sein d’un environnement international spécialisé dans les câbles sous-marins, vous intervenez au cœur des phases d’appel d’offres et contribuez à la construction de propositions techniques, financières et commerciales pour des projets maritimes et offshore.

Votre rôle consiste à définir la stratégie Marine des offres, à évaluer les contraintes et risques liés aux opérations en mer et à coordonner les différents contributeurs internes et externes jusqu’au transfert du projet vers les équipes opérationnelles.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Élaborer la stratégie et le contenu Marine des offres à partir des exigences clients et des standards d’ingénierie.
  • Analyser les contraintes techniques, opérationnelles, financières et HSE des projets d’installation sous-marine.
  • Identifier les risques, opportunités et hypothèses techniques afin de définir l’approche Marine la plus adaptée.
  • Piloter les consultations auprès des sous-traitants et analyser leurs propositions techniques et financières.
  • Évaluer et consolider les coûts liés aux opérations marines en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.
  • Préparer les documents techniques et commerciaux nécessaires aux appels d’offres et participer à leur présentation auprès des clients.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales & Marketing, ingénierie, achats, juridique et projets afin de garantir la cohérence des offres.
  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes commerciales tout au long du processus d’appel d’offres.
  • Organiser les réunions de transfert des projets vers les opérations, en veillant à la bonne transmission des hypothèses, contraintes et engagements définis lors de l’offre.

Requirements

Votre profil

Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure en sciences ou ingénierie et d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement international, maritime ou offshore.

Vous avez idéalement développé une expérience dans :

  • les opérations maritimes liées à l'installation de câbles sous-marins ;
  • la préparation ou le pilotage d'offres techniques et commerciales ;
  • l'analyse de problématiques techniques et financières sur des projets offshore ;
  • l'ingénierie ou les opérations dans le secteur des télécommunications sous-marines.

Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements internationaux et savez travailler avec des interlocuteurs techniques, commerciaux et opérationnels.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
