Vous êtes jeune ingénieur et souhaitez démarrer votre carrière dans un environnement naval technique et opérationnel ?

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client recherche un Ingénieur Production Mécanique pour accompagner les activités de production et le suivi des travaux au sein d’un environnement industriel exigeant.

Ce poste constitue une belle opportunité pour un jeune ingénieur souhaitant développer rapidement ses compétences en gestion de production, suivi de chantier et coordination technique.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Production, vous participez à la préparation, à l’organisation et au suivi des travaux, en lien étroit avec les équipes opérationnelles et les différents métiers de la production.

  • Vous intervenez notamment sur l’analyse des spécifications techniques, la préparation des plannings et le suivi des objectifs d’heures.
  • Vous contribuez à l’optimisation des ressources et de la charge de travail, notamment à travers l’analyse des besoins en sous-traitance.
  • Vous assurez le suivi de l’avancement des travaux, identifiez les éventuels écarts ou aléas et participez à la recherche de solutions.
  • Vous analysez les coûts et contribuez aux retours d’expérience ainsi qu’aux démarches d’amélioration continue.
  • Vous participez également à l’organisation et à l’amélioration de la performance du service, ainsi qu’à la coordination des équipes et des sous-traitants

Progressivement, vous pourrez être amené(e) à prendre davantage de responsabilités dans le pilotage opérationnel de l’activité.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs, idéalement ENSTA, Arts et Métiers ou formation équivalente, avec une spécialisation mécanique, industrielle ou navale.
  • Vous avez idéalement réalisé un stage ou une première expérience en chantier naval, en production, maintenance, réparation ou suivi de travaux.
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement concret, proche du terrain, et êtes motivé(e) par les problématiques techniques liées aux navires, aux équipements mécaniques et aux opérations de production.
  • Une première connaissance de l’architecture et du fonctionnement des navires, de la lecture de plans et des différents métiers intervenant sur un chantier naval sera appréciée.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec Excel et idéalement MS Project.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau B2 est souhaitée.

Au-delà du diplôme et de l’expérience, nous recherchons surtout une personne curieuse, rigoureuse, analytique et pragmatique, capable de travailler avec des interlocuteurs techniques et opérationnels.
