The posting

1. Administration et supervision du réseau

  • Surveiller la performance et la disponibilité des infrastructures réseaux et sécurité.
  • Administrer et maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les infrastructures réseaux (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
  • Gérer la téléphonie IP et les outils de collaboration.
  • Auditer les infrastructures existantes et proposer des recommandations pour améliorer la sécurité et la performance.
  • Participer aux projets d’évolution et de transformation des infrastructures réseaux et sécurité.
  • Rédiger des documentations techniques et des procédures d’exploitation.
  • Assurer une veille technologique sur les solutions réseaux et sécurité.

2. Sécurité des systèmes et des données

  • Gérer et optimiser les équipements de sécurité (pare-feu, proxys, IDS/IPS, NAC, etc.).
  • Définir et appliquer les politiques de sécurité en conformité avec les normes et réglementations en vigueur.
  • Mettre en œuvre des plans de remédiation en cas de failles détectées.

3. Gestion des incidents et continuité de service

  • Identifier, analyser et résoudre les incidents de sécurité et de réseau.
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la documentation des incidents.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et au maintien des plans de reprise et de continuité d’activité (PRA/PCA).

4. Collaboration et support interne

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes systèmes, développement et support.
  • Fournir une assistance technique aux équipes métiers.
  • Participer à la formation et à l’accompagnement des équipes sur les outils et solutions réseaux & sécurité.

5. Veille technologique et amélioration continue

  • Suivre l’évolution des menaces et des technologies de sécurité.
  • Proposer des améliorations et innovations pour renforcer la sécurité du SI.
  • Participer aux projets de migration ou d’évolution des infrastructures.

Requirements

  • Diplôme Bac+5 en réseau informatique, télécommunications ou cybersécurité.
  • Expérience significative (minimum 5 ans) en administration réseau et sécurité.
  • Certifications appréciées : Huawei HCIA/HCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, CEH, CISSP.
  • Maîtrise des protocoles réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Expertise sur les équipements de sécurité (firewalls, proxy, IDS/IPS).
  • Maîtrise des outils de supervision et d’analyse réseau (SNMP, Nagios, SolarWinds, sondes réseaux, NetFlow, Wireshark, PRTG, etc.).
  • Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation (Windows, Linux) et des environnements virtualisés (VMware, Nutanix).
  • Connaissance de la téléphonie IP et des outils de collaboration (CUCM, Gateway, IP Phones, SIP, H.323, etc.).
  • Bonne compréhension des normes et standards de sécurité (ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Capacité à rédiger des procédures et documentations techniques.
  • Connaissances en câblage informatique (UTP, fibre optique).
  • Compétences en automatisation et scripting (Python, Ansible, Bash) appréciées.
