MISSIONS 🎯

Nous recherchons un ingénieur stagiaire pour une durée de 4-6 mois à partir de septembre 2025 afin de nous soutenir dans la rédaction d'une formation destinée à l'ensemble de nos chefs de projets. Le stagiaire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de développement des compétences et des carrières pour créer un programme de formation complet et efficace.

Responsabilités :

  • Collaborer avec les chefs de projets et les experts en la matière pour identifier les besoins de formation.
  • Rédiger et structurer le contenu de la formation, y compris les modules, les supports de cours et les évaluations.
  • Participer à des réunions de suivi et de coordination avec l'équipe.
  • Analyser les tendances actuelles en matière de formation et de développement pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques dans le programme.
  • Créer des documents de référence et des manuels d'utilisation pour accompagner les modules de formation.
  • Utiliser des outils multimédias pour créer des vidéos, des animations et des quiz interactifs afin de rendre la formation plus engageante.
  • Aider à documenter et structurer les processus de gestion de projet pour assurer une meilleure organisation et efficacité.
  • Travailler avec les équipes pour identifier les points à améliorer et proposer des solutions pour optimiser les processus de gestion de projet.

Requirements

PROFIL SOUHAITE 💎

  • Étudiant en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur ou équivalent.
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Connaissance des outils de création de contenu pédagogique (par exemple, PowerPoint, outils de e-learning).
  • Intérêt pour la formation et le développement professionnel.
  • Connaissances académiques en gestion de projet sont un plus.
