Nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur Système & Virtualisation pour accompagner la gestion, l’administration et l’évolution des infrastructures systèmes d’un environnement IT exigeant.

Le poste consiste à assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des environnements serveurs, virtualisés et systèmes, tout en participant aux projets d’évolution de l’infrastructure.

Missions principales

Administration systèmes & virtualisation

  • Administrer, maintenir et superviser les infrastructures systèmes Windows et/ou Linux.
  • Gérer les environnements de virtualisation : VMware, Hyper-V, vSphere, ESXi ou équivalent.
  • Assurer la création, la configuration, le déploiement et le suivi des machines virtuelles.
  • Gérer les ressources systèmes : CPU, mémoire, stockage, capacité et performance.
  • Participer à l’optimisation et à la consolidation des plateformes virtualisées.

Exploitation & supervision

  • Assurer le monitoring des serveurs, plateformes et services critiques.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents systèmes de niveaux 2 et 3.
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la stabilité et la continuité des services IT.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les procédures d’exploitation.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique.

Sécurité, sauvegarde & continuité

  • Gérer les sauvegardes, restaurations et plans de reprise d’activité.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des politiques de sécurité systèmes.
  • Appliquer les mises à jour, correctifs, patchs de sécurité et hardening systèmes.
  • Contribuer aux plans de continuité et de reprise d’activité : PCA/PRA.

Projets infrastructure

  • Participer aux projets de migration, upgrade, déploiement ou refonte d’infrastructures.
  • Accompagner les équipes IT dans l’intégration de nouvelles solutions.
  • Proposer des recommandations d’amélioration en matière de performance, sécurité et disponibilité.
  • Assurer une veille technologique sur les solutions systèmes, virtualisation et cloud.

Requirements

  • Formation Bac+3/5 en informatique, systèmes, réseaux ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en administration systèmes et virtualisation.
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows Server et/ou Linux.
  • Solide connaissance des solutions de virtualisation : VMware, Hyper-V, vCenter, ESXi.
  • Connaissances en stockage, sauvegarde, supervision et sécurité systèmes.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer rapidement les incidents techniques.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens du service et esprit d’analyse.

Compétences techniques souhaitées

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
  • Linux : Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS ou équivalent.
  • VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V.
  • Solutions de sauvegarde : Veeam, Commvault, Acronis ou équivalent.
  • Supervision : Centreon, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG ou équivalent.
  • Stockage SAN/NAS.
  • Scripting PowerShell ou Bash.
  • Notions Cloud : Azure, AWS ou équivalent appréciées.
