Il nostro cliente: Azienda edile consolidata, attiva nella ristrutturazione, nella manutenzione e nella riqualificazione energetica di edifici residenziali e commerciali. Opera su commesse private e, in parte, su gare pubbliche, con un approccio tecnico e orientato alla qualità dell’esecuzione.

Ruolo Ingegnere informatico con esperienza AI, punto di riferimento per progettare e mettere in produzione soluzioni concrete a supporto dell’ufficio tecnico, commerciale e di commessa: dal computo e dal preventivo all’analisi documentale, fino a strumenti GenAI utilizzabili da profili non tecnici.

Responsabilità

  • Mappare i processi aziendali (preventivi, capitolati, computi, schede impianto, SAL, assistenza) e individuare use case AI ad alto impatto
  • Sviluppare e integrare soluzioni di machine learning e generative AI su dati tecnici e documentali (offerte, computi, schede prodotto, layout copertura, anagrafiche commessa)
  • Costruire assistenti e workflow su LLM (RAG su documentale interno, draft di preventivi/relazioni, classificazione richieste, supporto all’ufficio tecnico)
  • Collaborare con geometri, preventivisti, commerciali e responsabile di produzione per tradurre esigenze di cantiere e di commessa in strumenti usabili
  • Integrare i modelli con gli applicativi già in uso (gestionale, Excel, cartelle di progetto, eventualmente CRM/ERP) tramite API e automazioni
  • Portare le soluzioni dal prototipo all’uso quotidiano: qualità, tempi di risposta, costi, manutenzione e formazione degli utenti
  • Definire regole minime di qualità dato, privacy e tracciabilità, coerenti con un’impresa edile (commesse, fornitori, clienti)
  • Monitorare adozione ed effetti sul lavoro (tempi di offerta, errori di computo, recupero documentale)

Requirements

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica o discipline STEM affini
  • Esperienza di almeno 4–6 anni in sviluppo software, di cui almeno 3 su progetti AI/ML o GenAI usati in produzione
  • Ottima padronanza di Python e stack AI di mercato (PyTorch e/o TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, FastAPI)
  • Esperienza concreta su LLM: RAG su documentale aziendale, prompting, integrazione via API, valutazione della qualità delle risposte
  • Capacità di lavorare su dati “reali” di PMI (file disomogenei, Excel, PDF, disegni, anagrafiche), non solo su dataset di laboratorio
  • Conoscenza di cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP), Docker e integrazioni verso gestionali/ERP
  • Interesse o prima esposizione al mondo edile, impiantistico o energetico (fotovoltaico, computi, capitolati) è un plus decisivo
  • Disponibilità a operare da Pavia, a contatto con ufficio tecnico e commessa; italiano fluente, inglese tecnico

Plus: dimestichezza con computi/prezzari, lettura di elaborati CAD, dati di producibilità FV, Power BI o automazioni (n8n/Power Automate).

Caratteristiche personali Profilo concreto, poco accademico: sa spiegare l’AI a un capo commessa o a un preventivista e misura il valore in giorni-uomo e qualità dell’offerta, non in paper. È autonomo in una realtà di medio-piccole dimensioni, dove non esiste un team data science strutturato. Curioso verso il mestiere (coperture, tetti, impianti FV), paziente con dati imperfetti, orientato al rilascio di strumenti usabili. Precisione, senso pratico e capacità di stare in squadra con profili tecnici non informatici sono essenziali.

Benefits

Retribuzione: RAL 50.000–55.000 €, commisurata a esperienza e autonomia.. Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Edile.
