Per la sede di Albenga, stiamo cercando un/a Ingegnere Junior che possa unirsi al nostro team e che sia anche pronto/a a crescere progressivamente in responsabilità: si parte da un ruolo operativo di supporto tecnico e organizzativo, con l'ambizione condivisa di costruire nel tempo un percorso verso una maggiore autonomia tecnica e gestionale.

Attività principali:

Nel breve termine, le attività principali saranno:

• PMO tecnico: gestione delle riunioni di avanzamento progetti, rendicontazione delle priorità, mantenimento e aggiornamento dei file di investimento e dettaglio; • Gestione operativa di acquisto e noleggio macchinari (es. termosaldatrici, banchi lavoro, etichettatrici); • Supporto diretto alle figure tecniche senior su attività di gestione tecnica, in affiancamento progressivo sui principali progetti in corso.

Il percorso è pensato per evolvere nel tempo: in base al potenziale dimostrato, il ruolo potrà ampliarsi verso responsabilità tecniche e gestionali di maggior autonomia.

Requirements

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Ingegneria (gestionale, meccanica, industriale o affine); • Neolaureati o giovani professionisti (0-2 anni di esperienza), con forte potenziale e ambizione di crescita; • Empatia, capacità organizzativa e proattività; • Buona dimestichezza con strumenti di project management ed Excel avanzato; • Gradita conoscenza base di impiantistica e manutenzione industriale.
