Ingegnere Navale Senior

Per importante realtà operante nel settore dell'ingegneria navale e della progettazione di yacht e navi, ALI PROFESSIONAL ricerca un/una Ingegnere Navale Senior da inserire all'interno di un team tecnico multidisciplinare impegnato nello sviluppo di progetti complessi e innovativi.

L'azienda collabora con cantieri navali nazionali e internazionali e si distingue per l'approccio integrato che unisce competenze di progettazione, architettura navale e sviluppo tecnico.

La posizione

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nello sviluppo e nel coordinamento tecnico di progetti relativi a yacht a motore e imbarcazioni di grandi dimensioni, assumendo un ruolo centrale nella gestione delle attività di progettazione e nell'interfaccia con clienti, cantieri e società di classificazione.

Principali responsabilità

  • Impostazione e sviluppo del progetto in collaborazione con i team di progettazione.
  • Analisi di fattibilità tecnica di nuovi concept.
  • Coordinamento tecnico delle attività progettuali e supervisione degli elaborati prodotti dal team.
  • Gestione della conformità del progetto rispetto alle specifiche tecniche e alle normative applicabili.
  • Sviluppo e supervisione delle attività di architettura navale:
  • esponenti di carico;
  • calcoli di stabilità e bordo libero;
  • analisi idrodinamiche e propulsive;
  • aspetti legati alla sicurezza;
  • impostazione della configurazione strutturale;
  • prove di stabilità.
  • Interfaccia tecnica con cantieri navali, armatori, enti di classifica e stakeholder di progetto.
  • Monitoraggio delle milestone e coordinamento delle attività multidisciplinari.

Requirements

Requisiti

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Navale.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata presso studi di progettazione navale, società di ingegneria o uffici tecnici di cantieri navali.
  • Conoscenza approfondita della progettazione di base di yacht e navi.

Esperienza in:

  • dimensionamento strutturale secondo normative di classifica;
  • previsioni di potenza e progettazione dell'elica;
  • verifiche di stabilità mediante software specialistici;
  • applicazione di regolamenti di classe, bandiera e normative marittime internazionali.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
  • Buona padronanza di software CAD 2D/3D.

  • Visione globale e multidisciplinare del progetto.
  • Capacità di coordinamento tecnico e problem solving.
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.
  • Capacità di gestione delle priorità e delle scadenze.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e al confronto con interlocutori internazionali.
  • Approccio proattivo e orientato al risultato.
