un INGEGNERE PROGETTISTA ELETTRONICO SENIOR.

Il team di R&D è responsabile del completo sviluppo di tutti i componenti dei motori (meccanici ed elettronici). La risorsa sarà coinvolta in attività relative alla progettazione, allo sviluppo e all’industrializzazione dei componenti elettronici per i nostri motori a combustione interna, interfacciandosi con un consulente esterno Tecnico Elettronico e con il Responsabile R&D.

ATTIVITÀ:

  • Disegnare, sviluppare ed eventualmente migliorare i progetti dallo stato prototipale all’avvio in produzione (industrializzazione del prodotto) fino al mantenimento.7Determinare i test di funzionalità, affidabilità e fidatezza dei componenti in collaborazione con il laboratorio interno.
  • Progettare ed eventualmente sviluppare i sistemi di collaudo.
  • Definire e sviluppare i sistemi di assemblaggio dei componenti in produzione.
  • Ricercare, omologare i componenti e/o eventualmente le alternative.
  • Applicare le norme di riferimento alla progettazione e omologazione prodotto.
  • Definire e parametrizzare le specifiche tecniche di prodotto e le distinte basi.
  • Collaborare con ufficio acquisti per la scelta dei componenti e dei loro processi d’industrializzazione.
  • Effettuare e/o collaborare all’analisi dei vizi di progetto (FMEA) e di processo (PFMEA).
  • Raggiungere gli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi, secondo i piani e i tempi stabiliti.

Requirements

REQUISITI:

  • Laurea ingegneria elettronica.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2 o superiore).
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nell’area di sviluppo del prodotto.
  • Capacità di progettazione e dimensionamento dei componenti elettronici con software di progettazione (schede di segnale, schede di potenza) e di simulazione di questi sistemi.
  • Conoscenza del linguaggio “C++”, dei microcontrollori, modifica firmware in accordo con le richieste di progetto.
  • Capacità di intervento su componenti elettronici (saldatura, crimpatura, assemblaggio componenti…).
  • Esperienza nell’esecuzione dei test tramite strumentazione specifica e analisi dati (lista strumenti...).
  • Esperienza nella gestione del parco fornitori elettronici, relativi piani di fabbricazione e controllo in riferimento ai componenti elettronici e elettromeccanici.
  • Problem solving, pensiero critico, precisione e attenzione per i dettagli.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte di brevi periodi in Italia ed all’estero. Completano il profilo una passione per i motori, conoscenza del funzionamento dei motori due tempi e dei sistemi di iniezione, dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di software di progettazione meccanica, buona preparazione in relazione ai sistemi di controllo e azionamenti.
