INGEGNERE TERMOTECNICO

per rafforzare le attività di Ricerca e Sviluppo, migliorando prestazioni, affidabilità e innovazione delle pompe di calore e dei sistemi frigoriferi.

RESPONSABILITA'

  • Attività di ricerca e sviluppo su pompe di calore residenziali e industriali.
  • Ottimizzazione delle prestazioni, dell’efficienza e dell’affidabilità dei sistemi HVAC
  • Svolgimento di test funzionali e sperimentali su prototipi, in particolare con R290
  • Gestione e utilizzo della camera climatica per prove e validazioni tecniche
  • Collaborazione con CEO, reparto software, produzione e ufficio meccanico
  • Supporto tecnico al reparto Service quando necessario

HARD SKILLS

Competenza nel funzionamento di:

  • Pompe di calore residenziali e industriali
  • Sistemi aria/acqua, aria/aria e chiller
  • Conoscenza approfondita di termodinamica e fluidodinamica applicate alle pompe di calore.
  • Esperienza in progettazione, sviluppo prodotto e attività di R&D HVAC
  • Capacità di dimensionamento componenti e circuiti frigoriferi

inoltre:

  • Calcolo prestazioni macchine e analisi circuiti
  • Test funzionali su prototipi R290
  • Sviluppo ventole custom e ottimizzazione ventilatori
  • Modelli di ritorno olio e verifica circolatori per propano
  • Verifica valvole e componenti per macchine R32
  • Conoscenza dei refrigeranti R290 e R32
  • Dimensionamento economizzatori e calcolo carica refrigerante
  • Studio circuiti batteria e sistemi DSH
  • Analisi di Active Noise Reduction
  • Creazione di modelli di simulazione dinamica
  • Strumenti di calcolo e dimensionamento del circuito frigorifero
  • Manualità e capacità di eseguire test e prove in camera climatica

  • Capacità di lavorare in team e in autonomia
  • Abilità di problem solving
  • Teamworking e capacità di collaborare con reparti multidisciplinari
