Sobre la posición

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Administración y Control de Obra para apoyar al equipo en la construcción de un proyecto de alojamiento de lujo en Cabarete, República Dominicana.

La persona será responsable de liderar el proceso de reportes diarios, recopilando toda la información necesaria del equipo de obra, incluyendo las inspecciones realizadas por los Site Engineers.

También deberá mantener actualizado el registro del progreso diario y toda la documentación relacionada con el proyecto, incluyendo reportes diarios, inspecciones de obra, solicitudes de información (RFI), variaciones/cambios, reportes de no conformidad, notificaciones de seguridad y otros documentos relevantes.

Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada y orientada al detalle, con conocimientos de la industria y los procesos de construcción, capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y colaborar eficazmente con los equipos de obra.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles de construcción en obra, como Site Engineer, Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer o Site Supervisor.
  • Haber completado al menos 2 proyectos de ciclo completo, idealmente en zonas turísticas, y contar con experiencia en villas de lujo o proyectos residenciales de alta gama.
  • Manejo de software y herramientas de gestión de construcción; experiencia con Procore será valorada.
  • Conocimiento de normativas, códigos de construcción y procesos constructivos de República Dominicana, además de inglés para comunicarse con el equipo internacional.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Cabarete, República Dominicana. Si no reside actualmente en la zona, deberá estar dispuesto/a a trasladarse.
