ALTEN México, empresa líder en ingeniería y consultoría tecnológica con más de 350 profesionales, busca un(a) Ingeniero de Diseño y Validación de Hardware Eléctrico para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador. Trabajamos en proyectos tecnológicos para industrias como automotriz, energía, telecomunicaciones y más, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.

En este rol, serás responsable de brindar soporte a actividades de ingeniería relacionadas con el diseño, pruebas, validación y análisis de productos para diferentes grupos de Hardware Eléctrico y Electrónico. Trabajarás en un entorno colaborativo siguiendo procesos y lineamientos establecidos para garantizar la calidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto. También participarás en reuniones técnicas con clientes y utilizarás equipos de laboratorio para actividades de validación cuando sea requerido.

Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte a actividades de diseño, pruebas y análisis de productos eléctricos y electrónicos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en el desarrollo y validación de componentes y sistemas de hardware.
  • Participar en la ejecución de pruebas eléctricas y funcionales para verificar el desempeño del producto.
  • Documentar resultados de pruebas, análisis técnicos y actividades de ingeniería.
  • Asistir a reuniones técnicas con equipos internos y clientes cuando sea requerido.
  • Utilizar equipos de laboratorio para validación y análisis de hardware en instalaciones de Axiss Tower.
  • Seguir procedimientos de ingeniería y mejores prácticas para asegurar la calidad y entrega oportuna de los proyectos.

Requirements

Título universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica Eléctrica o afines.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Conocimiento básico de procesos de diseño y desarrollo de producto.
  • Experiencia académica o profesional en hardware eléctrico o electrónico.
  • Manejo de herramientas de diseño y gestión de producto como CREO, CREO View y Windchill.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel para análisis y gestión de información técnica.
  • Inglés avanzado para lectura de documentación técnica y participación en reuniones.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Conocimientos en validación eléctrica y pruebas funcionales.
  • Familiaridad con procesos de desarrollo de producto dentro de la industria automotriz.
  • Experiencia con sensores, módulos electrónicos o componentes eléctricos.
  • Conocimiento básico de instrumentación y equipos de laboratorio.
  • Manejo de procesos de documentación técnica y control de cambios de ingeniería.

  • Proactivo(a), con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas de ingeniería.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización.
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Interés por el diseño, validación y desarrollo de hardware eléctrico y electrónico.
  • Se aceptan candidatos recién egresados.
  • Interés en desarrollarse en áreas de Product Engineering – Designer / Modeler, Electrical Validation y Electronic Hardware Design.
