¿Tienes experiencia brindando soporte en sitio a TIC's? ¡Esta oportunidad es para ti!

Como responsable de brindar soporte técnico, serás el encargado de proporcionar asistencia técnica directa a los usuarios finales, solucionando problemas de hardware y software de primer nivel y/o segundo nivel para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones de nuestro cliente.

Zona de trabajo: San Lorenzo Tepaltitlán, Toluca, Edo, México

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm, con disponibilidad de atender alguna emergencia fuera de este horario.

Requirements

  • Lic./Ing. en Sistemas o afín (Titulado).
  • Mínimo dos años de experiencia brindando soporte técnico en sitio a usuarios finales.
  • Experiencia brindando soporte en planta de producción.
  • Preferentemente contar con automóvil propio.
  • Disponibilidad para moverse a otras plantas del cliente.

Conocimientos técnicos indispensables:

  • Sistema Operativo Windows ver 10 o mayor
  • Microsoft Office
  • Active Directory
  • Tablas Dinámicas
  • Herramienta de administración de tickets
  • Mantenimiento y Servicio PCs. y Laptop
  • Cableado estructurado

Principales actividades:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico presencial y remoto a los usuarios finales para resolver problemas de hardware, software de segundo nivel.
  • Resolver problemas de manera oportuna y eficiente, minimizando el tiempo de inactividad del usuario, cumpliendo con los SLAs establecidos.
  • Instalar, configurar y desplegar computadoras de escritorio, portátiles, impresoras y otros dispositivos periféricos.
  • Configurar software estándar y personalizado según las necesidades del usuario.
  • Realizar tareas de inventario de equipos de cómputo.
  • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo en equipos informáticos para garantizar su rendimiento óptimo.
  • Actualizar sistemas operativos, aplicaciones y software de seguridad de manera regular para mantener la estabilidad y seguridad de los sistemas.
  • Respaldos de información.
  • Coordinar con proveedores externos de hardware y software para la resolución de problemas y la adquisición de piezas de repuesto o actualizaciones según sea necesario.
