BACKUP DE BOLSA DE TICKET | MTY (Monterrey, NL)

icorp importante empresa del sector Tecnologías de la Información busca Backup de Bolsa de Ticket para integrarse al equipo de Soporte en Sitio, con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad operativa de los servicios tecnológicos en distintos clientes, cubriendo ausencias, picos de operación, proyectos especiales y renovaciones tecnológicas.

La posición es presencial, con atención a usuarios finales tanto en sitio como de forma remota, y requiere flexibilidad operativa acorde a la demanda del servicio.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Asegurar la continuidad del servicio de TI brindando soporte técnico oportuno a los usuarios durante la ausencia de ingenieros de sitio o ante incrementos en la operación, manteniendo los equipos, sistemas y servicios tecnológicos en óptimas condiciones.

UBICACIÓN

  • Monterrey, Nuevo León (MTY)

ESQUEMA DE TRABAJO

  • Esquema operativo de cobertura mínima de 6 días a la semana.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar fines de semana y/o días festivos conforme a la operación.
  • Los horarios y asignaciones se informan con anticipación según la demanda del servicio.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Atención y resolución de incidencias de TI en sitio y de forma remota.
  • Registro, seguimiento y cierre de tickets en la herramienta de soporte.
  • Configuración, entrega y soporte de equipos de cómputo (laptops y desktops).
  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de hardware y sistema operativo.
  • Soporte y mantenimiento básico a impresoras (consumibles y pruebas).
  • Gestión básica de inventario y control de activos de TI.
  • Escalamiento de incidencias cuando sea necesario.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS CLAVE

  • Soporte a Windows y paquetería Office.
  • Diagnóstico y mantenimiento de hardware (PCs, laptops, impresoras).
  • Uso de herramientas de soporte remoto (AnyDesk o similares).
  • Documentación en sistemas de tickets / Service Desk.
  • Configuración básica de redes (impresoras, nodos, conectividad).
  • Buenas prácticas de seguridad de la información.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en soporte técnico en sitio y remoto.
  • Deseable contar con estudios o certificaciones en Windows y/o Cisco.
  • Conocimiento del entorno de TI y manejo de bolsa de tickets / Service Desk.

Benefits

  • Pago diario de $1,000 MXN por día trabajado dentro del esquema base (6 días).
  • Días adicionales a la cobertura base se pagan de forma independiente en $800 MXN por día.
