The posting

Buscamos un Ingeniero de Soporte IT y Redes para ser el punto de contacto técnico principal con contrapartes internacionales y brindar atención presencial/remota a nuestra comunidad de usuarios en planta. Garantizarás la continuidad operativa de los equipos informáticos y la resolución rápida de incidentes bajo esquemas de SLA.

Localidad: Apodaca, Nuevo León

Modalidad: Tiempo Completo / Presencial

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm y sábados de 8:00 am a 1:00 pm (Turno fijo).

Requirements

Educación: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Tecnologías de Información o afín (Titulado).

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años de experiencia previa brindando soporte técnico en empresas del sector automotriz.

Idiomas: Español e Inglés avanzado (conversacional fluida para coordinación internacional).

Conocimientos técnicos obligatorios:

  • Sistemas Operativos Windows y herramientas de ofimática/correo.
  • Herramientas ITSM / Gestión de tickets y cumplimiento de SLAs.
  • Cableado estructurado (ponchado de cables, verificación de nodos) y redes básicas.
  • Configuración básica de equipos de telecomunicaciones (Switches, Routers).

Disponibilidad de horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm y sábados de 8:00 am a 1:00 pm (Turno fijo, no rola).

Actividades y Responsabilidades

  • Atender incidencias y solicitudes de soporte técnico en sitio y remoto (Hardware, Software, Laptops, Desktops e Impresoras) utilizando herramientas ITSM.
  • Ejecutar diagnósticos de fallas de hardware, gestión de garantías con proveedores y mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo (IMACs, parches, antivirus).
  • Brindar asistencia técnica básica a redes cableadas/inalámbricas y equipos de telecomunicaciones (Switches, Routers, APs) en colaboración con el equipo de TI del cliente.
  • Realizar respaldos, migración de datos, borrado de virus informáticos y gestión de cuentas/contraseñas.
  • Participar en proyectos de renovación tecnológica y control de inventario de equipos (Altas, Bajas y Cambios).

Benefits

Sueldo mensual: $26,000 MXN a $33,000 MXN brutos (según aptitudes y experiencia).

Bono: Bono trimestral de $3,000 MXN con base en desempeño.
