En Devsu nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Senior DevOps Engineer para sumarse al equipo de uno de los bancos más importantes de la región.

Buscamos una persona apasionada por la automatización, la mejora continua y la construcción de plataformas escalables y seguras, que pueda aportar experiencia en infraestructura cloud, CI/CD y prácticas DevSecOps dentro de entornos de misión crítica.

La posición tendrá un rol clave en la evolución y estabilidad de la plataforma tecnológica del banco, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura, seguridad e infraestructura para garantizar despliegues eficientes, alta disponibilidad y resiliencia operativa.

Requirements

  • +4 años de experiencia en entornos ágiles.
  • Conocimiento de los procesos y conceptos de DevOps.
  • Experiencia en DevOps y sistemas de integración continua (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Github Actions u otros).
  • Amplios conocimientos de sistemas de versionamiento de código (GIT).
  • Conocimientos de administración de sistemas operativos (Linux).
  • Experiencia en despliegue y/o operación de aplicaciones en Azure.
  • Experiencia en manejo de contenedores y orquestadores (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Conocimientos en IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Cloudformation, etc.).
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje sobresaliente.

Deseables:

  • Conocimientos en Openshift.
  • Certificaciones (opcionales):
  • DevSecOps o DevOps Engineer Expert.
  • Jenkins Engineer y/o Azure DevOps Engineer Expert y/o otras relacionadas a sistemas de CI/CD y herramientas afines.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect u otras.
  • Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Solutions Architect, u otras.

Responsibilities

  • Construir pipelines de creación y aprovisionamiento de ambientes de desarrollo, pruebas y producción en cloud/on-prem.
  • Soportar, vía capacitación, resolución de dudas e incidentes, a las células ágiles/equipos de desarrollo en el aprovisionamiento de ambientes.
  • Guiar a los equipos de desarrollo en el uso de todos los componentes previamente desplegados cloud/on-prem y aprobados para el despliegue de iniciativas/proyectos (e.g., configuraciones a utilizar como virtual machines, sistemas operativos, versiones disponibles, servicios de contenedores, serverless, todo lo desplegado en ambientes del banco).
  • Brindar recomendaciones respecto a herramientas de despliegue, su uso, mejores prácticas y configuraciones específicas que pudieran requerirse en alineamiento con los requerimientos de seguridad.
  • Soportar la resolución de incidentes y/o problemas en el desarrollo de pipelines alineado a las prácticas/procesos implementados en el banco (e.g., llamadas erróneas a los servicios, servicios no disponibles, falta de acceso a los servicios, entre otros).
  • Soportar los procesos de cambios que deben estar alineados a las prácticas de ITIL del banco cuando se requieran modificaciones en los ambientes o servicios integrados en los pipelines de desarrollo.
  • Construir y actualizar continuamente la documentación relacionada con el aprovisionamiento de ambientes y despliegue en cloud/on-prem (e.g., pipelines creados, código escrito, landing zones, usuarios con acceso).
