Buscamos talento con conocimientos básicos de tecnología, interés por aprender y gusto por resolver problemas técnicos. Tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia en soporte técnico, CCTV, redes e infraestructura tecnológica, trabajando de la mano con el equipo.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES:

  • Apoyar en el soporte técnico a usuarios y equipos.
  • Participar en la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de sistemas CCTV.
  • Apoyar en la revisión básica de equipos y dispositivos de red.
  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias y apoyar en su solución.
  • Participar en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Apoyar al equipo en actividades relacionadas con infraestructura tecnológica.
  • Registrar y documentar incidencias y soluciones.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ingeniería Electrónica o Mecatrónica titulado.
  • Recién egresado o con experiencia inicial en soporte técnico.
  • Inglés nivel B1-B2.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Interés por desarrollarse en las áreas de soporte técnico, CCTV y redes.
  • Actitud de servicio, facilidad para aprender y disposición para trabajar en equipo.

CONOCIMIENTOS EN:

  • Soporte técnico y atención a usuarios.
  • Conceptos básicos de redes.
  • Conceptos básicos de CCTV y sistemas de videovigilancia.
  • Manejo de equipos y herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Office y herramientas informáticas.
