Arbetsbeskrivning

Som innesäljare har du en central roll i företagets tillväxt. Du arbetar med hela säljprocessen via telefon, från första kontakt till avslut och ansvarar för att bearbeta både inkommande och utgående leads.

Du guidar kunden genom behovsanalys, presentation av lösningar inom solenergi och batterilagring samt driver affären hela vägen i mål.

Det finns även möjlighet att kombinera rollen med fältförsäljning för dig som vill arbeta mer varierat och kundnära.

Din profil

Du är en självgående och målinriktad säljare som trivs i en miljö där resultat står i fokus. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende via telefon, gillar högt tempo och motiveras av att stänga affärer.

Du arbetar strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina resultat och trivs i en kultur där prestation och utveckling går hand i hand.

Krav

  • Minst 1 års erfarenhet av försäljning
  • Erfarenhet från energibranschen
  • Trygg i telefonförsäljning och trivs i högt tempo
  • Resultatdriven och motiveras av tydliga mål
  • God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska
  • Självgående, disciplinerad och tävlingsinriktad

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av uppsökande försäljning
  • Erfarenhet av fältförsäljning
